Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is for entertainment and is not a gambling or betting product: it is free to play, requires no purchase or payment, and involves no real-money wagering. No purchase is necessary to participate or to be eligible for prizes.

You need an account to make predictions. You agree to provide accurate information, to verify your email address, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.

You predict the full-time result of group-stage matches before each match's kick-off. Points are awarded automatically: 3 points for an exact score and 1 point for the correct outcome (home win / draw / away win). Predictions lock at kick-off and cannot be changed afterwards. Match results are taken from regular full-time scores; postponed or cancelled matches award no points.

You agree not to:

• create multiple or duplicate accounts, or register on behalf of others;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or any method to manipulate predictions, scores, leaderboards, or referrals;
• exploit bugs, or interfere with the Service's operation;
• impersonate others or submit false information to gain an advantage or a prize.

Fraud or abuse may result in flagging, disqualification, forfeiture of any winnings, and account suspension or removal. Our decisions on fair play and prize eligibility are final.

Some competitions may offer sponsored prizes. Where prizes are offered, exact details, value, and any additional rules will be published for that competition. To be eligible you must:

• have a verified account on the Service and be marked prize-eligible;
• be a registered Nitrobet customer who has made at least one deposit within the 30 days before the prize is awarded; and
• comply with these Terms, including fair play.

If players finish level on points, we rank them by (1) most exact-score predictions, then (2) most correct outcomes, then (3) the earliest cumulative prediction time. Winners are reviewed and approved manually to ensure fair play, and we may ask you to verify your Nitrobet account before a prize is released.

Unless stated otherwise: prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative; you are responsible for any taxes on a prize; and prizes are void where prohibited by law. Prize details shown anywhere on the Service that aren't part of a published competition are illustrative only.

You may invite others with your referral link. Referrals count toward a separate referral leaderboard only and do not affect prediction points. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse of the referral system are prohibited and may be rejected or reversed.

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding team names, fixtures, and other third-party data) belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial play only.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with FIFA, any football association, or any team, and this Service is not endorsed by them. Fixtures, kick-off times, and results are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence say otherwise.
